this morning Ananda woke me at 4:30am to begin my work. They insisted, as I tuned into them, that when I work an eight-hour day — as I am today — they like to get me early and first so that my energy is high and clear. I have been blessed with a wonderful part-time job that is stress free and gentle, but even that job lowers my vibration somewhat. At the end of the day, I can feel the desire for rest and unconsciousness. It is clear to me as I venture through this work that to really get into the world of spirit, to really be clear and available for communication, I must be calm, rested, and peaceful.

This morning’s guest was quite a surprise. Before she said her name, I had no inkling of who she would be or what subject she would speak about. I realize that there have been some very interesting and elusive beings who have passed over, and I find it intriguing, to say the least, to hear what it is they now find important — what it is they want us to know.
